All our moissanite jewellery comes with a GRA certificate to guarantee authenticity and quality. Each piece is tested to ensure it meets high standards of brilliance and durability.
We use high-quality 925 sterling silver for most of our jewellery, combined with genuine moissanite stones. This ensures both luxury and durability in every piece.

Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over £500 within the USA, United Kingdom, and European Union. For orders under £500, standard shipping is available at a flat rate of £4.99. We work with trusted carriers to ensure prompt and reliable delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment and estimate its delivery date. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, address changes cannot be made.

Returns
We offer free returns within 14 days for items in their original packaging and pristine condition. Items must be unworn and undamaged. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
To return an item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization form. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item. Once processed, refunds are issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified via email.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
